Gane

The Gane app

Obsessed with hitting the number.

Every night, Gane runs 60 audits across every channel and measures what is working against your plan. By morning, each person on your team has the next best action to take today, ranked by what it is worth, and Gane helps them take it.

Your first actions in minutes. Then 30 days of Team, free, with no card.

// Why Gane

Your number matters more than any other, and it is the hardest one to see.

It is spread across your website analytics and webmaster tools, the ad platforms, marketing automation, the CRM, the CMS and a planning spreadsheet nobody has opened since the board meeting. Your team is busy, but nobody can say for certain that it is busy on the right things. By the time a miss shows up in the pipeline review, the weeks that caused it are already gone.

Gane was built to carry that worry for you, every single day.

// How it works

Gane does the checking before your team logs in.

  1. Overnight

    Every source is read

    Search, traffic, ads and your CRM sync, along with what AI answers say about you and your competitors.

  2. At first light

    Every number is audited

    Each channel is checked against what the plan needs, and each program against its timeline.

  3. Before your first meeting

    The next best actions arrive

    They are ranked by what they are worth in pipeline and assigned to a person or to Gane.

  4. All day

    The work moves forward

    Drafts, approvals and publishing keep going, and what happened feeds tomorrow’s audit.

// What you get

The questions you ask every morning, answered before you ask them.

01

Are we going to hit it?

Give Gane the revenue you need and it works back to what every channel has to deliver. Each morning you see how much of the number is covered, by what and with how much to spare. Every figure Gane assumes is labeled until your own data replaces it, so you never mistake a guess for a measurement.

The Plan screen: $6,000,000 of new revenue in the next 12 months, 151% covered, with the opportunities each channel brings to the plan

02

What is slipping, and why?

A miss rarely announces itself. Gane notices the morning it starts, whether that is a form that stopped working or a competitor taking your place in AI answers. Each change arrives with the evidence behind it, so the conversation is about the fix instead of whose numbers are right.

An action opened to its evidence: rework the /compare page, where visitors from ads convert at 0.6% against 2.6% across the account, with what it is worth, the time it takes and who approves it

03

What should we do today?

Not a dashboard to interpret or a backlog to groom. Each person gets a short list of the actions that move the number most, sized in pipeline and in the order that matters. Some are yours to do and some are Gane’s, and every one says why it made the list.

The Actions shortlist: 40 actions ranked by what each is worth a year, each with its owner and its progress

04

Is the right work getting done?

Gane drafts briefs, pages and emails in your voice, and a named person approves every piece before it goes out. Approved work publishes to your own site and email tools with tracking on every link. You see who did what and what has stalled, without chasing anyone for an update.

The Comparison pages program: assigned to Priya Shah, its stages from brief through approval, publishing and promotion checked off, now tracking, drafted with Gane

05

Did it work?

Every program reports what it returned, from the paths it used to the visits, contacts and opportunities it touched in your CRM. What worked earns more of tomorrow’s list, and what did not stops taking up your team’s week.

The Comparison pages readout: 550 visits, 16 responses, 30 CRM contacts, 12 now a lead or further, 3 opportunities, $140k of pipeline and $46k won, then what each send brought: the launch email, paid search, a LinkedIn post and a sales note

// For operators with more than one brand

Obsessing over more than one number?

When each brand has its own site and its own target, each gets its own plan and its own morning audit. One account rolls them up, so you can see which brand is on track, which is slipping and where the stalled work sits, all on one page.

Why are we behind this week, and what would close it fastest?

Claude, using Gane

Mostly paid search: the demo form broke on Wednesday. Fixing it recovers about 40 opportunities a year. Want me to draft the comparison pages next?

// FAQ

What marketing leaders ask first.

Does Gane replace HubSpot or Salesforce?

No. Gane reads them and hands work back to them. Your CRM stays the record of contacts and deals, and Gane is where the plan, the daily work and the results come together.

What happens after the 30 days?

You choose the plan that fits. Your plan, history and readouts stay in Gane, and anything you published stays on your site.

Does Gane take credit for pipeline?

Gane reports what each program touched, path by path, using the opportunities in your own CRM. It does not claim a deal simply because it sent someone an email.

What can Gane read?

Google and your CRM connect read-only. A CRM report can be read in your browser, so only the columns Gane needs leave it, and no names.

When do I need Scale?

When one team runs marketing for more than one brand, each with its own site and revenue number. Several markets or regions under one site fit in a single workspace on any plan.

Can I use my own Claude?

Yes. Claude reads your workspace on every plan, and on Team and Scale it can develop and ship programs through your approvals.

What should you do today to hit your number?

Gane is built to win it. Enter your website and find out in minutes.
